Welcome to the National Association of the Deaf Lesotho
The National Association of the Deaf Lesotho (NADL) was established in 1992 by Deaf people in Lesotho. It is estimated that there are approximately 4,500 Deaf people in the country with the majority living in rural areas. NADL's mission is to promote Deaf awareness and the use of sign language to facilitate community inclusion and access to public services for Deaf people in Lesotho.
NADL offers courses in sign language, sign language interpreting services as well as advocating for the rights of the Deaf community.

Sign language graduation ceremony
